The Institute for Policy Integrity’s annual conference will focus on the changing landscape of the energy sector in the wake of recent federal deregulatory actions, Inflation Reduction Act changes, and other policy shifts. Panels will explore the evolving economics of low-carbon energy as the industry responds to policy developments, the legal outlook for key energy rules and related executive actions facing litigation, and broader shifts that could be on the horizon for clean energy.

The event is free and takes place during Climate Week NYC.

This event has been approved to offer 4.5 CLE credits in Areas of Professional Practice. The credit is both transitional and non-transitional; it is appropriate for both experienced and newly appointed attorneys. Attendees can earn 1.5 credits for attendance at any one of the individual panels.
