Please join us Wednesday, February 8th, for “Recent Developments in Delaware Corporate Law,” a Distinguished Jurist Lecture presented by Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick of the Delaware Court of Chancery.The lecture will be held in D’Agostino Hall, 108 W 3rd Street, New York, NY 10012, and will begin at 5:00 p.m.
The lecture will be followed by a reception from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
