Join the IPELS Fashion Committee for a panel with Ms. Nikta Daijavad (Hand Baldachin & Associates; JD ’20) and Ms. Dasha Chestukhin (Cowan, Liebowitz & Latman). Ms. Daijavad’s practice focuses on corporate and transactional law, as well as outside counsel work, primarily in fashion, lifestyle, and media and technology industries. Ms. Chestukhin’s practice includes trademarks, copyrights, domain names, unfair competition, and patents. Ms. Chestukhin works with fashion and lifestyle companies, start-ups, hotels and restaurants, wine and food businesses, charitable organizations, technology firms, and more.
