On Wednesday, March 1 from 1-2 PM, in Lester Pollack Colloquium (9th Floor Furman) ÈâÂþÎÝ's International Law Society is hosting a presentation on litigating the climate emergency, featuring staff lawyers at the Earth Rights Advocacy Clinic (ERA) at ÈâÂþÎÝ's Center for Human Rights and Global Justice. The presentation will go over developments and trends in climate litigation and some of the related work that ERA is doing. Afterwards, there will be time for a Q&A. Lunch will be provided.
