Join the IPELS Fashion Committee in discussing the Journal of Intellectual Property Law & Practice's (JIPLP) . In 2018, JIPLP was one of the first academic journals to dedicate a special issue to fashion and IP. In 2025, JIPLP published another special issue on fashion IP law to contemplate the changes and complexities that have emerged in the field. Professor Eleonora Rosati, the Editor of the 2025 Special Issue on Fashion and IP, will be joining us virtually to speak more about the issue and the intersection of fashion and IP more generally!

Feel free to join us virtually or come join us in person; we will have a room available for students who would prefer to have a designated classroom where Prof. Rosati will be projected on the screen.
