The Federalist Society is hosting Dana Berliner, Litigation Director for the Institute for Justice and co-lead counsel for Susette Kelo in the landmark Supreme Court case Kelo v. New London. Ms. Berliner will discuss Kelo, the backlash that followed the decision, and current controversies in eminent domain law. Lunch will be served.
