This event has passed.

On two previous occasions, US presidents have been impeached (and Richard Nixon nearly was). Each time has involved a journey into uncharted waters, due to varying facts, political environments, and uncertainties about the law. The impeachment of President Donald Trump is no exception. At this Forum, moderated by Dean Trevor Morrison, ÈâÂþÎÝ Law faculty members with expertise in constitutional law, prosecution, executive authority, and politics will offer their assessments of the current impeachment proceedings. Developments to date already offer plenty of grist for discussion, but news headlines right up to the start of the program may guide the precise topics to be addressed.
