The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit will hold their oral argument at ÈâÂþÎÝ School of Law. A Q&A session with the judges will be held after the arguments.

PLEASE NOTE: Attendees cannot bring cellphones, computers or backpacks into the argument. In addition, attendees may be subjected to the Second Circuit’s Security procedures.
