George T. Lowy Professor of Law
Marcel Kahan’s main areas of teaching and research are shareholder voting, hedge funds, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and bondholder rights. He has written more than 60 articles for law reviews, finance journals, and professional publications.
Catherine A. Rein Professor of Law
Emiliano M. Catan LLM ’10 joined the ÈâÂþÎÝ School of Law faculty in Summer 2014. His research focuses on corporate governance, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions.
