Barry Friedman co-authors a three-part column in Slate on the progressive agenda
In the wake of the Supreme Court's recent decisions on gay marriage, voting rights, and other issues, , Jacob D. Fuchsberg Professor of Law, has co-authored three pieces with Slate's Dahlia Lithwick on the future of the progressive agenda. In the , they ask whether the left has abandoned every progressive cause save that of gay marriage. In the , they create "a progressive wish list," asking what progressives should stand for, "both to make the world a better place and win elections."
