Choi and Kahan pieces named among best corporate and securities articles of 2009
The “” list, chosen by corporate law professors in a poll conducted by the Corporate Practice Commentator, includes two articles co-written by , Murray and Kathleen Bring Professor of Law, and , George T. Lowy Professor of Law.
The journal’s annual poll drew on more than 500 articles published and indexed in legal journals in 2009. Making the cut were “” by Choi, Kahan, and Jill E. Fisch, published in the Southern California Law Review, and “” by Kahan and Edward Rock, published in the Emory Law Journal.
Over the 16-year history of the poll, Kahan has written or co-written more winning articles than any other author, with a total of 13. Choi is right behind Kahan, with a total of 10. Other Law professors who have had articles on the list in previous years include , Nusbaum Professor of Law and Business; , Norma Z. Paige Professor of Law; and , Stuyvesant P. Comfort Professor of Law.
