Choi and Kahan recognized for best corporate and securities articles of 2008 by Corporate Practice Commentator

Three articles by two ������ Law faculty are among the "Top 10 Corporate and Securities Articles of 2008" selected by corporate law professors in a poll conducted by the Corporate Practice Commentator.

From among 450 published pieces, the journal named the following articles three of the 10 best: “,” by , Murray and Kathleen Bring Professor of Law, and , George T. Lowy Professor of Law (Boston University Law Review); “,” by Choi and Jill E. Fisch (Vanderbilt Law Review); and “,” by Kahan and Edward Rock (Georgetown Law Journal).

In the last seven years, this is the eighth time Kahan has received this honor and the sixth time for Choi. During this period, 16 articles written by ������ Law professors have received this distinction, including , Nusbaum Professor of Law and Business and director of the ; , Norma Z. Paige Professor of Law; and , Stuyvesant P. Comfort Professor of Law.
