Climate change lawsuits are the focus of ÈâÂþÎÝ Law Forum (VIDEO)
Panelists at the February 23 ÈâÂþÎÝ Law Forum took on the subject of climate change litigation. Given that hopes for climate legislation from Congress are dead, at least for now, the discussion focused on whether lawsuits might be able to drive a climate-protection agenda forward. Panelists included Ina Ebert, a senior counsel at insurer Munich Re, , a professor at Georgetown University Law Center, and , a professor at Yale Law School who is currently visiting ÈâÂþÎÝ Law. The moderator was , University Professor and John Edward Sexton Professor of Law.
