Maribel Hernandez '10 wins Fried Frank/MALDEF Fellowship
Maribel Hernández '10 has won a , giving her the opportunity to work for two years at the firm Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson as a litigator before spending two years as a staff attorney for the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund. At the end of the four-year commitment, fellows have the possibility of returning to Fried Frank or continuing with MALDEF. Hernández is currently clerking for Judge Mary Schroeder of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
