The Buenos Aires-based (CIPPEC) has named , Bonnie and Richard Reiss Professor of Constitutional Law, to its international advisory board. Issacharoff, who was born in Argentina, is a pioneering scholar in the field of law and democracy. He has been a featured speaker at two conferences the center has sponsored in Buenos Aires, including one this summer. “CIPPEC is virtually unique in Latin America as a truly independent think tank,” says Issacharoff. “It has now emerged as the most important voice in Argentina on matters of democracy and elections.”
