The United Arab Emirates Ministry of Presidential Affairs that Lady Barbara Judge '69 will join their newly formed International Advisory Board to help oversee the federation’s new peaceful nuclear program. Judge, who is also chairman of the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority, and the board will meet semi-annually to receive reports on the progress of the UAE nuclear program. The nine-member board, to be chaired by former Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency Dr. Hans Blix, will issue regular public reports to help domestic and international stakeholders monitor progress of the program.
