Samuel Rascoff becomes life member of Council on Foreign Relations

Samuel RascoffProfessor , faculty director of the , has been admitted as a life member to the , a nonpartisan think tank that examines policy choices facing the U.S. and other countries. Rascoff was previously a five-year term member. Before coming to ÈâÂþÎÝ Law, Rascoff was director of intelligence analysis at the New York City Police Department and a special assistant with the Coalition Provisional Authority in Iraq. His expertise encompasses national security law, counterterrorism, and regulatory law and policy.
