Gerald Rosenfeld joins Council on Foreign Relations
, faculty co-director of the , has been admitted as a member of the , a nonpartisan think tank that analyzes policy choices facing the U.S. and other countries. Rosenfeld, a distinguished scholar in residence and senior lecturer as well as vice chairman at Lazard, is an expert in bankruptcy and reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, and professional responsibility.
