Health care reform will have enormous implications for tax policy. And the reverse is also true: Tax policy is a key instrument for shaping behavior in the health care market, and lies at the center of fiscal issues raised by reform. The link between these two areas was the focus of a March 4 Graduate Tax Program discussion in Furman Hall titled “Checking Up on Health Care Tax Reform.” ������ Professor of Law and Public Policy moderated the discussion among three panelists: , Elizabeth K.
