Several ÈâÂþÎÝ Law faculty have weighed in on Friedrichs v. California Teachers Association. The case concerns the constitutionality of compulsory union dues. The US Supreme Court granted petition in June 2015; the case will be argued this fall. A decision is expected in June 2016.
