Decoding the Trump Indictments

Former President Donald Trump is facing four explosive criminal prosecutions: the January 6 and classified documents cases brought by Special Counsel Jack Smith in federal court, the election interference case in Georgia, and the “hush money” case in New York.
The outcomes could alter American democracy for generations. A new book, , takes readers through the cases, offers key context on the charges, and analyzes the charging documents.
On April 9, watch the virtual premiere of a previously recorded conversation with the book’s authors, Law professors Melissa Murray and Andrew Weissmann. Weissmann previously served as general counsel to the FBI and one of the senior prosecutors on Robert Mueller’s Trump-Russia investigation.
The two discussed the historic indictments of the former president with Michael Waldman, president of the Brennan Center for Justice.
