This Colloquium provides a framework for students to study and write about selected topics in Art Law, with a focus on cutting-edge or “hot” topics in the field. Guest speakers will include leading scholars in Art Law as well as prominent art law practitioners, artists, gallerists, and other art world professionals. The seminar will be co-taught by , a lawyer and art historian, and the Dean of ’s Institute of Fine Arts, where some of our class meetings will be held. Students at the Institute will also join the Colloquium.
