About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Legal Intern interested in the intersection of law and AI innovation. In this role, you will gain tangible experience into the inner workings of an early stage startup and play an integral part in servicing clients using AI powered software as well as in new product development. This internship is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a collaborative and cutting edge working environment.
Among other things, your responsibilities will include:
- Design prompts for use in the AI review of documents related to venture
investments - Evaluate results from AI models
- Prepare and process investment agreements for AI review
- Contribute to process improvement in the above areas
- Work related to the review of investment fund documents
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
- Current law student
- Interest or experience working at a startup
- Interest in AI developments in the legal field
- Ability to think analytically and take ownership of tasks at hand
- Highly organized and detail oriented
