BWLC Faculty Director Melissa Murray — together with fellow constitutional law professors Leah Litman and Kate Shaw — hosts , a podcast about the United States Supreme Court and the legal culture that surrounds it. The podcast provide in-depth, accessible, and irreverent analysis of the Supreme Court and its cases, culture, and personalities. BWLC Executive Director Jennifer Weiss-Wolf is the author of  (Arcade, 2017), the first book to explore menstruation in the current cultural and political landscape.

(Crown, 2024) by BWLC Visiting Fellow-in-Residence Dr. Sharon Malone is a practical guide to aging and health for women who have felt ignored or marginalized by the medical profession. The second edition of  (Foundation Press, 2023), written by Melissa Murray and Kristen Luker, reflects changes in constitutional law and their implications for access to a range of reproductive technologies. (2025), co-authored by BWLC Executive Director Jennifer Weiss-Wolf and Dr. Mary Claire Haver, is a free digital guide to menopause policy and advocacy.
