Form W-2
W-2 tax forms are generated by the University's Payroll Office in late January. If you are an active employee, you can download your W-2 form online via our system.
If you are no longer an active employee, our Payroll Office will mail your W-2 form to your home address on file. As an alternative, you may also request a password-protected digital copy be emailed to you by reaching out to ÈâÂþÎÝ PeopleLink/Payroll at 212-992-5465 or at askpeoplelink@nyu.edu from Monday-Friday 8am-6pm.
