The is a non-partisan think tank primarily focused on climate and energy policy. It both produces research on legal, economic, and regulatory issues and advocates through amicus briefs, public comments, and expert testimony before courts, regulators, and legislatures.
State Energy & Environment Impact Center
The State Impact Center is dedicated to supporting state attorneys general in the defense and advancement of climate, energy, and environmental laws and policies. The Center provides direct legal assistance, organizes fellows, provides expert information, and produces research aimed at advancing its policy areas.
Center for Human Rights and Global Justice
, the hub of international human rights studies at ÈâÂþÎÝ Law, houses including the Climate Litigation Accelerator, an intersectional project aiming to hold corporations and governments accountable for climate and environmental harms. The Accelerator seeks to increase the impact of climate litigation by identifying gaps in existing practice, connecting litigants and experts in different fields, and spearheading and supporting climate lawsuits and other forms of advocacy.
