Nikki (Nicole) Vicencio started her career working at startups and in the public sector. After graduating from college, Nikki worked at an advertising technology startup that helped provide digital marketing services to small and medium-sized businesses. Working at a nine-person company allowed her to obtain experience in numerous departments, and she began her appreciation for entrepreneurship.
After two years in advertising, she shifted to work at COOP Careers (COOP), a workforce development nonprofit and startup. Nikki joined the organization as the seventh employee. At COOP, she guided hundreds of first-generation and low-income public college graduates to find their first entry-level positions within the digital marketing and tech industries. Nikki worked at COOP until the organization grew to 32 employees with a national presence in the USA.
She received her MPA from ÈâÂþÎÝ's Wagner School of Public Service and a BFA in graphic design from the City College of New York.
