Nicole Vicencio started her career working at start-ups and in the public sector. After graduating from college, Nicole worked at an advertising technology start-up that helped provide digital marketing services to small and medium-sized businesses. Working at a nine-person company allowed her to obtain experience in numerous departments, and she began her appreciation for entrepreneurship.
After two years in advertising, she shifted to work at COOP Careers (COOP), a workforce development non-profit and start-up. Nicole joined the organization as the seventh employee. At
COOP, she guided hundreds of first-generation and low-income public college graduates to find their first entry-level positions within the digital marketing and tech industries. Nicole worked at COOP until the organization grew to 32 employees with a national presence in the USA.
She received her Master’s of Public Administration from New York University’s Wagner School of Public Service and a Bachelor's in Fine Arts in Graphic Design from The City College of New York.
